submitting an online enquiry form located on the Website which forwards the enquiry to a generic Tax & Legal Services email address; and
directly emailing the directors and staff of Tax & Legal Services using the details from the Website.
No personal information is collected about users navigating the Website or downloading any material, documents etc, however the Website monitors traffic for statistical purposes only.
How personal information is held
Any personal information collected through the Website is held in a secure electronic form, specifically, in email format.
Personal information will not be stored, unless the information is required for the purpose of responding to an online enquiry and/or Tax & Legal Services providing any services. In those circumstances where personal information is required to be stored, it is stored on IT systems owned and operated by Tax & Legal Services, and not by a third party.
Personal information that is not required to be stored will be permanently deleted.
